A fire drill ground is an open area where the physical activities are practiced. It consists of Fire towers, Beams, Fire walls and many more. Various activities are performed by the group of personals. The purpose of drills is to be familiarized and re enforced for taking proper action and to generate automatic response whenever required. It helps to improve the co-ordination of team members at the field and allows the persons to know their duties at the time of emergency.
Fire Tech & Safety Engineering
This B.Tech program explores the various ways through which the concepts of engineering can be applied to prevent fire. It educates students with the science of designing buildings that promotes fire safety and property protection. Conserving natural resources and protecting the environment are at the forefront of this specialization.
Eligibility
- Should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science/English/Bio-technology/ Biology or any technical/vocational subjects ( Minimum 45% in PCM)
- As per state/Central Government norms
- Based on JEE/Entrance/Qualifying Examination
- For SC/ST/OBC category candidates, the minimum marks that must be secured is 40% (in PCM)
